Some Applications are experiencing difficulty with the latest firmware on the MT5600 ZDX-AU and the MT5600ZDXV-AU Modems. The Fault is found when the modem dials out. The Dial Tone is heard for 1-2 seconds and then nothing and the Message “No Dial Tone Found” is displayed. Click on the links below for a Flash Fix for your modem.
Download the file, suited to your model modem, to your computer. Place it in the same directory as the Flash Wizard Program found on your Multitech Modem CD.
Run the Flash Wizard program with the Modem turned on and connected with the serial cable. This should display that it has detected your modem and then you should click OK to load the Fix.
